ANDRITZ METALS to modernize furnace plant at Rasselstein

International technology Group ANDRITZ has received an order from Rasselstein GmbH, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe, to renovate the automation and drive technology of continuous annealing furnace 3 in Andernach, Germany. The scope of supply comprises modernization and complete new drive technology, including basic automation and visualizing for the entire plant, which is to go into operation in November 2012 after the one-month rebuild.

ANDRITZ AG
