Service aorund a die casting machine under one roof!
Service and general overhauls with performance like an original engineering manufacturer!
The slogan "All under one roof!" brings it to the point.
"Everything begins with service and the service is and will continue to spearhead the company!" — says Heribert Höhr who founded the company 25 years ago.
Service means for us among other things flexibility and mobility. Our mobile services (mobile milling and mobile spindle) allows us to react fast and uncomplicated to the customers needs. A dismantlement of the machine is not necessary and the down-time of the machine is reduced to a minimum. Our customers appreciate this service, because time is money.
Due to the company's consistent development with their own mechanical fabrication, electronics and hydraulics department, Druckguss Service Deutschland GmbH is now set up as an original engineering manufacturer of pressure die casting machines.
The existing capacities in the 8´000 m2 factory are suitable for pressure die casting machines of all sizes.
Hence tie bars of up to 14'000 mm and plates up to 4'500 X 3'100 mm can be processed. All required certified welding technologies for tie bar repair or for hard-facing of platen are available!
From the "small"hot-chamber machine to the "big"cold chamber diecasting machine of all well-known manufacturers, we can now say: "We know the machines! "
Now, after we have overhauled many types of different machines in Luebeck, in service too, we can maintain and repair all machine types.
Next to all these services around a die casting machine, we have a wide range of NEW cold and hot chamber machines.
The Luebeck company has also put several different own developments on the market.
The development of a controlled insertion tool has to be emphasized especially. This "Real time controlled shot" can be retrofitted in every pressure die casting machine and has proved a practical success.
