The chinese steel company Henan Fengbao Special Steel will be able to cast ultra-large, high-alloy billets up to 1000-mm dia.

Henan Fengbao Special Steel has awarded Danieli a contract for a new continuous casting machine for high-alloy round billets in Henan province, China. The three-strand caster will produce ultra-large, high-alloy round billets up to 1000 mm dia., including grades such as P91/P92.
These steels possess high mechanical standards for specialized applications, such as pressure pipeline components in the power, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical industries.
The scope of the Danieli supply includes complete core-area design, key equipment supply, and Full Danieli Automation L1 and L2 systems.
