Shenyang Yongda Non-ferrous Foundry is located at Shenyang - national heavy industry base and the political, economic and cultural center of Northeast China, covering a total area of 22,000m2 including an area of 4,800m2 for casting workshops and an area of 3,400m2 for machining workshops. We have complete equipment and powerful strength, the largest hoisting crane weighing 20T, and the ability of producing centrifugal castings with 5m diameter at most and high-lead bronze casting weighing 10T maximally with new centrifugal casting process, and reaches an annual production value of RMB38 million.
We boasts 120 employees including 38 senior engineers, senior technicians, senior economists and engineering technicians, and enjoy mighty technical strength and impeccable detection means, and the organizational structure includes engineering department, production department, quality inspection department, supply department, sales department, financial department, administrative office and two workshops for casting and machining.

Our high-quality sophisticated casting equipment including several large vertical centrifugal casting machines, double-end centrifugal machines, roller centrifugal machines and single-end centrifugal machine, etc. fundamentally meet centrifugal casting demands of rotating castings in domestic medium and large enterprises. We are able to adopt sand-cast or metal mold casting for manufacturing deformed castings, and have one 50m3 dry kiln and a 30m3 dry kiln with real-time monitoring over temperature in order to make sure dry quality of sand mold.
Our machining equipment covers a variety of horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, planing machines, milling machines, drilling machines, etc., of which new equipment accounts for 90%, providing reliable guarantee for machining.
Physics and chemistry rooms headed by several senior professionals are equipped with top-flight equipment and advanced technology to further ensure interior quality, quality improvement and inspection of incoming raw materials.
In July 2001, we made a success in test of new centrifugal casting process for large high-lead bronze castings, the largest one weighs 10T, because high-lead bronze is able to keep self lubrication and reduce friction coefficient, it is commonly used on antifriction bearings for aviation engine and a variety of cone and gyratory crushers running under high load and impact. Our high-lead bronze castings have been adopted and accepted by many industrial and mining enterprises, as their technical standard and lifespan live up with level of foreign like products.
High-lead bronze parts for repair imported equipment (Symons crusher or 23m3 electric shovel) in Three Gorges Project had been put into use and achieved the same lifespan as American ones.
