Pangborn Air Blast Rooms
Pangborn manufactures and installs Air Blast Rooms for finishing application of large structures. The Air Blast Room is equipped with and abrasive compressed air propeller to feed lances for manual blasting. The operator works from a multi-level mobile platform running inside the cabinet. Large structures move inside the Blast Room on work cars sliding on rails.

They provide a cost-effective solution for batch cleaning, deburring, descaling, decoring and peening a wide variety of products
Airblast: Pangborn Airblast Table Machines are highly custom-tailored to treat small parts that demand a precise and repeatable process. Pieces are laid, manually or by robots, on the rotating satellites of the table outside of the blast chamber. Compressed air nozzles, made of special wear resist alloys, provide the blast to the desired area.

Pangborn Water Heater Blast
Pangborn Water Heater Blast Machine technology is second to none for surface preparation prior to enamelling of water heater internal surfaces and it has been the preferred choice of the major manufacturers world-wide over the last decades.
In a key phase of the water heater manufacturing, shot blasting is more and more replacing the pickling process due to low environmental impact (no pickling acids and sludges) and consequent indirect dramatic cost savings.
