Industry Fire sleeve              

Industry Fire sleeve is designed to protect hoses,wires and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flame.

Fire Sleeve protects continuously to 260°C/500°F and will withstand a molten splash at 1200°C/2200°F. Made of braided fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate,it is then coated with a high grade silicone rubber.

Resistant to hydraulic fluids, Lubricating oils,and fuels, Silicone Sleeve insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing;protects employees from burns;and allows bunding of wires,hoses,and cables.

Fire sleeve with hook and loop fasterner

Fire sleeve with hook and loop fasterner is knitted or braided high bulk glass fiber sleeve with VCO hook-and-loop closure. Ideal choice for easy retrofits. We provide nylon velcro and Nomex velcro.

Fire sleeve with hook and loop fasterner is constructed from a high bulk glass fiber knitted or braided sleeve, heavily coated with our proprietary compound of iron oxide red silicone rubber. Using high temperature glass fiber thread, a flame retardant hook-and-loop closure system is sewn internally.

Fire sleeve with hook and loop fasterner will withstand continuous exposure to 500° F (260°C); up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15-20 minutes; and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15-30 seconds.

Fire sleeve can be printed with identification, trademarks, warnings, etc. Customs length per spool is available.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is a braided fiberglass (fibreglass / glassfibre) sleeve, fabricated from high quality type E fiberglass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1100°F / 593°C. It provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hydraulics hoses , tube and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve can be used by itself, or under other sleeve products (such as FIRE SLEEVE) to significantly boost insulation values at modest cost.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is available in 2 grades: 1/8″ (3.2 mm) wall thickness or 1/16″ (1.6 mm) wall thickness.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.

High Temperature Resistant Fiberglass Woven Tape

BSTFLEX Fiberglass Woven Tape is fabricated from high quality type E fiberglass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1100°F / 593°C.

These high temperature tapes provide protection of industrial wires, cables, hoses, tube and pipe and also provide thermal insulation and personnel protection. Also used as a gasket or seal. Available as a Plain tape or ladder tape.

Available thicknesses include 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm. It is available with adhesive backed, also available for colored fiberglass tape.

Fiberglass offers excellent heat resistance, retaining more than half of its room temperature tensile strength at 675°F / 357°C, and more than 25% at 875°F / 468°C. It begins to soften at 1500°F / 815°C and melts near 2050°F / 1121°C.

Fireproof Heat Resistant Firetape Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Tape

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Tape is a fiberglass tape coated with iron oxide red silicone rubber. This tape is designed compound sheds molten metal splash immediately, so very little heat transfer occurs. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Tape can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass, up to 3000°F (1650°C).

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Tape withstands continuous exposure to 500°F (260°C), up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15-20 minutes, and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15-30 seconds. It is same material as our fire sleeve. When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms to a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory layer.

It is fabricated from high quality texturized C glass or E glass fiber yarns with heat treated that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1022F/550C.

The Company was founded in 2012 in the city of Ningguo City, Anhui Province, in China,  about 4 hours from Shanghai.

We have  a wide range of products, mainly for thermal protection in different fields as steelworks, glass, ceramic, railway and  automotive industry.

Our key products  are: fire sleeves, we have four  versions,  called  economic, industrial and heavy duty grade, recently we have developed a knitted version  of fire sleeve, then we have in our portfolio of products tapes  in different material (silica, basalt, carbon, fiberglass, ceramic and so on),  fabrics as well  in different material (fiberglass, carbon, basalt, silica, ceramic, aramid and so on), ropes for different temperatures and applications.

Developed specially for automotive we have the exhaust wraps, heat shields and turbo blanket.

Our main factory  located in Ningguo covers a space of  about 4000 Sqm, we have 5 new  generation vertical coating line machines to produce our fire sleeves, and we have about 50 workers for production line, warehouse and  5 people in  our R&D department.

In the  headquarter we produce the fire sleeves, tapes and insulation jackets.

The others products are developed by our R&D team and  made through  a strong network of partners in China.

Our turnover in 2018 was about 4.500.000 Usd, growing around  30% for year.
