PRECISION FORGING BEARING BLANKS
The main equipment for producing precision foring bearing blanks includes 5 hot-formers and 3 continuous annealing furnace under nitrogen atmosphere. The annual output can be upto 120 million sets. Bearing blanks are mainly supplied to SKF around the world.

Our company, as an enterprise specialized in producing casting and forging parts, was elected to National Foundry Industry Comprehensive Top 100 Enterprises, Guangdong 100 Key Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises. Our company has Guangdong Province Casting Forging Engineering Technical R&D Center and provincial-level enterprise Technical Center.Our company is the vice-president unit of China Foundry Association,the first director unit of Guangdong Foundry Association,the executive director unit of China Forging Association, the national standard revision drafting unit of steel castings and precision forging parts.
The main products and capability: annual output of 60,000 tons of steel castings, annual output of 50,000 tons of iron castings, 6000 tons of steel forging parts, 40,000 precision forging bearing blanks. We also produce complete equipment such as cone crusher, jaw crusher and impact crusher.
“SZ”branded castings and forging parts, YUHANG” branded hooks and “SHUANGQUAN”branded crushers are elected to be the Guangdong Provincial Famous Trademarks and the Provincial Famous-brand Products.
