Huabiao Machinery covers an area of 30,000㎡. Total area for workshops measures to 48,000㎡.

We have more than 300 employees, including 70+ engineers at or above college degree. A management team has been established with reasonable structure to run the company in a professional and qualified way.

     Our production area is clean and bright. Equipped with advanced manufacture machines for turning, milling, drilling, grinding & super finish, also with supporting inspection devices, our company has formed an annual production capacity with a total amount of two hundred million CNY.

     The precise shaft manufacturing is always our core technique. Precision of our products like high pressure DCR drive shafts and cam shafts has reached sub-micron grade, ranking Huabiao on top advanced level in domestic field. As a result of our own R&D, our hoists have sound popularity in the international high-end market, saying from the overall design, manufacture technology, and the product quality.

We have an Engineering Center with more than 50 engineers and technicians, accompanied with an expert committee. Meanwhile, we have established a cooperation relationship with Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hoist Research Institute.

     Our Engineering Center consists of Project Division, Process Audit (Pre-planning) Division, Trial Production Division and Metrology & Lab., the feature of which enables the realization from zero-concept design to mass production.

     Each year Huabiao invests 5% of the annual sales turnover into the technical development, process innovation as well as R&D of new products.  By now we have been granted with 5 invention patents, 23 utility patents and 2 appearance patents.

     All products conform to the requirements of environmental protection policies in Europe and America.
